| 1956 | Khenpo Nima was born in 1956 in Dodrong,Bumthang in eastern Bhutan |
| 1965 | Khenpo Nima entered the Dzongsar Monastery of Drukpa Kagyülineage and became a monk in 1965 when he was 9 years old. |
| 1968 | Since 1968,KhenpoNima was starting to learn painting “Thangka” and taught by the “slob-dpon”, Tsering Dudjom. |
| 1973 | In 1973, Khenpo Nima had finished the learning painting of “Thangka”. |
| 1974-1979 19-24 Years old | During 1974~ 1979 Khenpo was in charge of managing all the detailed rituals and process of practices and initiation for Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. |

1980 25 Years old |
In 1980,KhenpoNima was selected as the top five students of the DzongsarMonastery andthen joined a Buddha college newly establishedbytheBhutanese government and studiedin the Phajoding Monastery. During the three years, he studied the sutra and received teachings, empowerments and transmissions of Drukpa Kagyü lineage from Je Gendün Rinchen VIII( incarnation of the wisdom mind of Lerab Lingpa). |

During the winter vacation in 1982,KhenpoNima went to the Dzongsar Monastery for the mural paintings of the grandhall and the temple of Manjushri Bodhisattva in the Dzongsar Monastery. |

1983 27 Years old |
In 1983,Khenpo Nima went to the Ngagyur Nyingma University (Higher Buddhist Studies and Research Centre) in south India. |

1987-1989 32 -35 Years old |
In grade five of the Ngagyur Nyingma University, Khenpo Nima was the Assistant Professor of the Namdroling Monastery. |

1990-1994 35-40 Years old |
In grade seven of the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, Khenpo has been certificated as the vice Professor and had taught in the Tharpaling Monastery for three years. |

1995-1997 41-43 Years old |
Between 1995 and 1997,he went to India and was in charge of the Professor of the Namdroling Monastery for about three years. |

In 1997, The Bhutanese government and H.H. Penor Rinpoche adopted Khenpo Nima as the 6th“Abbot” of the Tharpaling Monastery. As the abbot, he did a lot for the Tharpaling Monastery as follows: Khenpo Nima devoted considerable efforts to rebuild education system( including emphasizing on the “Three types of Wisdom -hearing, comtemplation and mediation of mahayana and vajrayana, teaching The Tripitaka, restoring ”summer retreat., etc) , repair old buildings , constructed 8 stupas and 12Kms road between mountain hill to town. In the meantime, he was struggling to find financial support for more than a hundred monks in the Tharpaling Monastery. |

In 1999, KhenpoNima accomplished the three types of wisdom(heraing, comtemplation and mediation of mahayana and vajrayana. In 1999, H.H. PenorRinpoche certified that Khenpo Nimais one of the Khenpos inthe 3rd batch of graduates with outstanding academic performance. |

2002 47 Years old |
Khenpo Nima visited Taiwan first in February,2002. For construction of the old buildings repairing and building new temples of the Tharpaling Monastery, H.H. Penor Rinpoche adopted Khenpo Nima to visit Taiwan for disseminating the teachings, andraisingfound. He started to teach students how to paint “Thangka” separately in Taipei and Taichung and disseminate the dharma. H.H. Penor Rinpoche wrote an official letter for introducing Khenpo Nima's great accomplishment and sacred mission to Taiwan disciples.At the end of this year, Khenpo Nima stayed shortly in Beitun District in Taichung. |

2005 50 Years old |
In 2005, Khenpo Nima moved to West District of Taichung City, Taiwan. In 2005, Khenpo Nima traveled Cambodia and Malaysia for transmitting and disseminating the dharma to his disciples. |

2006 51 Years old |
In 2006, founding“the Association of Taichung Longchen Buddhism”. |

2008 53 Years old |
Building the official website of “the Association of Taichung Longchen Buddhism”. |

2009 54 Years old |
Since 2009,Khenpp Nima has established Thangka Class in Taichung and Taipei without interruption. |

2011 55 Years old |
Published a bilingual book“About the History and Study of Thangka”, in 2011, he had spent 5 years to finish it from writing, translation, layout and printing out. |

2013 57 Years old |
Founding” the ZHABJE FUNDATION” in Bhutan for taking care of the monastic education in Khenpo Nima’s home town. |

2014 58 Years old |
Khenpo Nima paid his first visit to the United States in 2014. During this trip, he made a speech of “Thangka” meanwhile he was starting to disseminate the dharma in USA. |

2015 59 Years old |
Khenpo paid his first visit to Canada in 2015. Starting the Construction of the“Woesel Choling”temple in Khenpo’s home town. |

2016 60 Years old |
In September 2016, completing“A documentary publication of Building and Repairing the Tharpaling Monastery in Bhutan”each in the language of Tibet or Mandarin which he had spent 2 years to finish it from writing, translation, layout and printing out. The all construction of the Tharpaling Monastery had been accomplished in November, 2016. There were lots of important guests participating the Opening Ceremony, including the most important representative of Bhutanese Royal Family, Bhutanese government and the most donators, Khenpo Nima’s disciples who came from around the world, but also all the people who live around the Tharpaling Monastery. The construction of the Tharpaling Monastery was started from 2005 and finished on November 20th in 2016. During the 12years, Khenpo Nima has accomplished many important items:
